Hi! My name is Valeria Aguilera,

I studied graphic arts at the University of Southampton (specialised in Motion Graphics) which I graduated from in 2013. Since I finished my degree, I lived in Germany for two years while working as a free-lance designer and later back in the UK I worked as a graphic designer at the second largest publisher of regional and local newspapers (Newsquest)

I have now recently graduated from my Masters degree in Digital Media Practice at the University of Winchester where I developed my skills towards the digital part of Design such as UI/UX and web design, as well as advertising and branding. I look forward to creating outstanding design achievements on the near future and I am specially interested in beginning my professional career in UX and UI design, as I find this area most promising and interesting in today’s industry.

Outside of work and studying, I love to travel, go to cinema and learn new languages.
